I am a Relationship Manager with Huntington Bank who partners with business owners as a trusted resource and connector, bringing a relationship-first, long-term approach to my work.

A proud Marine Corps veteran, I live in Conifer, Colorado and am deeply engaged in my local community. I serve on the Board of Leadership Evergreen and am an active member of both the Evergreen and Conifer Chambers of Commerce. I am passionate about connecting people, building meaningful relationships, and strengthening the community around me.

I became a Dude Talk Dinners facilitator out of a sincere passion for men’s mental health and the belief that strong communities are built through authentic connection. I am committed to creating a space where men can come together to share challenges, celebrate victories, and have honest conversations without judgment. Through these gatherings, I hope to foster lasting friendships and a support system that empowers men to live healthier, more fulfilled lives, and to positively impact their families, relationships, and communities.

I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher (CMT-P, Professional Level) through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA) and a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. My work in mindfulness reflects a deep commitment to mental health, self-awareness, and personal growth.

I’ve always been an adventurer at heart, whether in life, business, or sports. Over the past 30 years, I’ve founded several successful businesses in Colorado and have had the privilege of contributing to Denver’s dynamic business community. Along the way, my curiosity and passion for growth and learning have shaped my journey as a husband, father, coach, fashion model, ski racer, fly fisherman, rock climber, whitewater enthusiast, surfer, sport pilot, and endurance athlete.

I joined Dude Talk Dinners as a facilitator because I believe that, at our core, men are far more alike than different. I’ve seen firsthand how a single meaningful conversation can help someone realize they’re not alone. One of my greatest passions is helping people recognize the strengths, gifts, and potential within themselves, often before they can see it on their own.

My personal mantra is, “Life is full of beauty and possibilities.” I love exploring Colorado and traveling abroad with my wife, Wendy, and our daughter, Ava, creating opportunities for us to learn, grow, and experience life together. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Montclair State University in New Jersey. I’m also a certified Four Gateways Coach and Positive Intelligence Coach.

As a student of the Enneagram, I’ve found it to be a powerful framework for building self-awareness, fostering personal growth, and expanding our freedom and capacity in every area of life. I believe that when we better understand ourselves, we can show up more fully for the people, opportunities, and experiences that matter most.
